Amber Heard Says Johnny Depp Hit Her On A Plane Because He Was Jealous. What do you guys think??
This Thursday, in the first part of her statement in the lawsuit filed by Johnny Depp (58 years old) for 50 million dollars in damages, actress Amber Heard (36 years old) declared that she suffered violence during her marriage and she accused him of hitting her on a plane because he was jealous of actor James Franco.
As evidence of the abuse, the actress showed photos and recordings of her ex-husband before the court judging the lawsuit, where they show Depp at a table with drugs and other photos in which he has a bruise on his arm.
In the trial that confronts both of them in a civil lawsuit before a court in Fairfax (Virginia), when asked by her lawyer, Heard reviewed the episodes in which she claimed that she was beaten, mistreated or abused because she was jealous of Franco, with whom the actress shot, in 2015, the movie The Adderall Diaries.
In statements before the court, he said that Depp hated Franco and was furious when he learned that they had kissed for a scene in the film and, on board a private plane, called her a “bitch” and with sexually explicit words questioned her about What had Franco done to him?
According to Heard, Depp smelled of grass and alcohol and was throwing things at her, until she was changing seats trying to avoid him, but at some point he went behind her and kicked her in the back before the indifference of the escorts and the crew.
“I was embarrassed that he could kick me to the ground in front of everyone,” Heard said, through tears.
She also said that, on another occasion, Depp accused her of flirting with someone at the Met Gala in New York and, after the party, back in the hotel room, he grabbed her, pushed her and they both struggled.
“It’s stronger than me. At some point, he hit me in the face (…) and I thought he had a broken nose, ”said the actress.
On Wednesday, when she began her statement, the actress said that it was “horrible to relive everything” in the trial and that it was “the most painful and difficult” thing that had happened to her, that’s why she answered the lawsuit claiming 100 million dollars from her ex-husband.
The actress’s lawyers have shown as evidence photographs and recordings that Heard made of Depp, where he is seen lying on the ground or screaming.
“I will never forget. She changed my life. I asked him about the tattoo he has on her arm. To me they just looked like black marks. I didn’t know what she was saying. It just looked like a half faded tattoo that was hard to read and I asked what it says. She answered me: ‘says Wino’.
“I had not understood it that way. I thought he was joking, because he didn’t seem like he was saying that. And I laughed. It was that simple. I laughed because I thought she was joking and he slapped me and I laughed. I laughed because I didn’t know what else I could do. I thought: ‘This has to be a joke’. Not know what to do. I did not know what to say. He didn’t know how to react.
“I sat there thinking: how long do I need to figure out what I have to do? Why God! Did he just hit me? Do not! I didn’t want to leave it! I didn’t want this to be reality. She didn’t want to…have the man she was in love with.
“I know that one does not come back from something like that. I am not dumb. I know you shouldn’t hit women. You shouldn’t hit men. You must not hit anyone. You can’t hit someone just because… you knew it was wrong! And I knew that I had to leave him and that broke my heart because I didn’t want to leave him.
“I thought that if I left that room I was going to leave the best thing that had happened to me in my life,” reported BBC Mundo.
Depp and Heard divorced in 2016 after 15 months of marriage and three months of dating. She filed for a restraining order and accused the actor of mistreatment, something Depp has since denied.
Heard then published an article in The Washington Post in 2018 that caused Depp irreparable damage to his acting career and the million-dollar cancellation of the Pirates of the Caribbean saga, his greatest success.
In the article, where Depp is not mentioned, Heard defined herself as “a public figure who represents domestic abuse” and that she had verified that “institutions protect men accused of abuse.”
“#AmberHeard testified that she thought she had a broken nose after a fight with #JohnnyDepp where he accused her of flirting with a woman at the Met Gala in 2014,” Law&Crime Network wrote on social media.
